Click on the event tile you wish to book for to see additional details and to be taken through the booking process. You can book multiple spaces as well as adding rental packages.

Full payment must be made at the time of booking.

Bookings can only be amended or deferred up to 6pm on the Friday prior to a Sunday event, Thursday prior to a Saturday event and Tuesday prior to a Thursday evening event.

 Please make sure you book for the correct date and make sure you retain your emailed receipt as proof of payment should there be any issues when signing in.

​

If you fail to arrive to an event then your payment is retained in full with no refund.

​

The safety brief should be read and understood prior to booking to ensure that any questions or issues can be resolved before payment is made.

​

Catering will be available at most events with a pre-order form which can be filled in when you arrive.  Food must be paid for directly when you collect from the catering van and is in addition to the cost of entry for the day.

​

Drinks and snacks as well as ammo and pyro will be available all day from reception.

Tea, coffee and bottle water are free all day.

Prices for ammo and pyro are available on site and are subject to availability.
